You can do some good things: Take a moment to reflect on your life and make time for yourself every day. This will help you to be more focused and centered for the day. It may also help you to deal with difficult situations or simplify your busy schedule. Take all negativity offline. Do 1×1’s to tackle hot topics individually and hopefully solve without the whole team. Also, encourage people who are stressed to take a break and think about ways they can help solve the problems. Keep team convos to solution-oriented problem solving – let’s not complain but focus on the individual issues. Sometimes we get overwhelmed by the number of issues we face. But if we can take each issue one at a time we feel like we are moving ahead.
